I was in and out in less than three hours in which I have never experienced in my lifetime of buying cars. Purchased a new Silverado truck thru James Cramer last week. Second time going thru him and as always, he was very professional and explained everything., I feel we got a good deal and will use this salesperson and dealership many times.. I would give them way higher than 5 stars!!!!

Great customer service. Service advisor was friendly and honored a service we were told was covered, but we ended up not having the warranty (tire repair). Was highly recommended to do an additional service, Engine Performance Restoration but with my car being a 2024, having less than 30k miles, routine, on time oil changes and no issues, I feel this service would not be necessary. Especially at the quoted cost of $513.13 (oil change, fuel induction service, and labor) . The oil change took quite some time but overall I am satisfied with their work.
