I made an appointment for an oil change but a malfunction light had come on in my car. They checked the issue, planned to solve the problem, and still did the oil change. I was out in a very timely manner even with the addition. It's not the most convenient location for me for service, but I come anyway because the people there make such a difference in the experience. I trust they will take care of my car.

I had an appointment to have an oil change and to check out a couple other issues I was having with the vehicle while I waited. They got me in exactly as promised, took care of the oil change & tire rotation and found the cause of the other issues I was experiencing and ordered the parts needed to rectify those issues. Everything went extremely well. Anna in the Service Dept. kept me advised during my entire wait. I can't say enough good things about the service I always receive when I'm there. They are awesome!!
Excellent service as always. 1 hr 45 minutes for an oil change was a little long but I can’t complain for excellent service.

My first service visit and it was great. The service tech Anna was very polite and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. Service on my Corvette was quick. Prices were the same as the other dealerships. I decided to try Weber because I have moved to Illinois and my wife and I bought a new Equinox from this dealership early this year and the experience was also pleasant.

Had a leak repair completed last week on the front drive system and did a follow-up visit to make sure everything was fine before leaving on a 600 mile trip with the car. The service department made accommodations for me on short notice to evaluate the car. The price question below does not have option for warranty work

AND he did.The mechanic Robert L. ,found a missing bolt and a loose one during the Multi Point Inspection. He replaced the one and tightened the other.Dedra the cashier is super! Always cheerful and friendly . A GREAT place to do business.
I was connected with Cody during my initial call to the dealership regarding the potential purchase of a new truck.
