In and out in 1hr for oil service . Didnt have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment either . Got an appointment 2 days after i called to schedule it .
Went in for an oil change and ac diagnostic. Service was fine but they want to charge $2400 to replace a $200 part. That's absurd. ill be going somewhere else to have the work done.
I traded in my Blazer for a used Silverado. Really happy with the process as I am a returning customer. Weber is good and Kevin Jones is Great.

Purchased a new Silverado truck thru James Cramer last week. Second time going thru him and as always, he was very professional and explained everything., I feel we got a good deal and will use this salesperson and dealership many times.. I would give them way higher than 5 stars!!!!

Great customer service. Service advisor was friendly and honored a service we were told was covered, but we ended up not having the warranty (tire repair). Was highly recommended to do an additional service, Engine Performance Restoration but with my car being a 2024, having less than 30k miles, routine, on time oil changes and no issues, I feel this service would not be necessary. Especially at the quoted cost of $513.13 (oil change, fuel induction service, and labor) . The oil change took quite some time but overall I am satisfied with their work.

I came in for brakes and radiator check. After inspection I was told one price. Had to leave my vehicle for a day because they didn't have the parts on hand. After repairs paid a higher price than estimate. The service was good.

I decided to go to Granite City Weber since it was closer to me. They did a good job servicing my truck. Wish they carried parts instead of having them shipped. I wanted to wait but had to come back the next day. I appreciate Nick as the service person, got everything together. I guess with everything that is going on, I can't fault them. Supply and demand. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. $199.00 per hour for labor. Nick did give me 10% off my bill.

Ease and speed of process
I had to get my battery checked. The power was questionable. I felt safer with a new battery. There was one in the parts department. One was put in that day. I feel much safer with a new battery.

Bought my truck and when I got it home I realized the driver door was out of alignment, most likely a build issue. The service department got me in and realigned my door within a few days of contacting them about the issue. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department staff and techs so far
