I had looked online and found a some great deals on Cruz's and the Malibu at the Granite City location. I went in with a friend who had recommended Zac Copeland as a salesman. I admit I was nervous about going in And being followed around which I don't like to be and hassled with questions that aren't relevant to the sale. People tend to be phony when selling an item of high dollar. I will say that is so not the treatment I received with Zac. I was actually comfortable with him and he asked questions that were pertinent to the sale. He also was very friendly and really took the time to talk to us I believe we were there 5 hours and it didnt feel like that at all. In fact, everyone was very nice and helpful thru out the whole experience. Even as we were waiting for the car to be detailed other employees were making sure we were okay and taken care of and laughing with us. It was almost as if it had a family feeling without the bickering. I will say I truly enjoyed my experience from Zac all the way to Jim the finance man. I will recommend their dealership in the future. Thank you so much for a great experience.

They were accommodating and got me into the car I loved while still being within my budget. On April 9th 2013, I was driving my 1999...
On April 9th 2013, I was driving my 1999 mustang gt home from getting food at jack in the box. I just about made it home and was pulled over and ticketed $120 for (what turned out to be a wiring issue) my tail lights being out. At this point I was fed up with the issues that had plagued my car and I had decided that I wanted to try and purchase my first new car. I had bounced around between different dealerships (koetting ford and jack Schmitt ford) only to be disappointed by the salesman's lack of knowledge on the cars they were selling and the dealerships refusal to offer me a decent trade for my car. It was then I decided to switch makers and found myself at Weber Chevrolet. I was extremely pleased with the service and knowledge that the salesman (Jim McKechan) had on the vehicles he was showing. And for the first time since I had started looking, I felt that I was being assisted by the salesman and that I wasn't just another check mark towards a monthly quota. I'd like to thank Jim and the staff at Weber Chevrolet in Granite City for making it possible for me to purchase my first new vehicle. Thank you.

I am a city worker, employed by the city...
I am a city worker, employed by the city of granite city as a firefighter/paramedic. I am a believer in shopping in town to keep our money here in our town. When making a purchase, for something as important as your transpiration and safety, I believe it is vital that the company that you are shopping with, treat you with respect and not try to play you as an idiot. I have seen a few car salesman that play games with you, and play you as a fool. I have never felt like that at Weber Cheverolet. Our family has purchased our last 4 cars at Weber, and have been totally satisfied with everyone that we have dealt with there. It is a mom and pop store atmosphere to me. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!
