Weber Chevrolet Group Preferred Owner Program TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Upon receipt of membership card/key tags (the “Card”), member agrees to be bound by these program rules, terms and conditions. 2. Preferred card holder will earn a reward equal to 5% of the customer paid portion of any service, parts or accessory purchase before tax. (except asoutlined in item 4) 3. If a preferred card holder purchases a new or used vehicle he/she will earn $50.00 per purchase. 4. Weber Preferred Owner dollars can be used for any sales, service, parts, or accessory purchase at any Weber dealership. 5. A Preferred card holder also has the opportunity to earn additional “points plus earning” through internet purchases made on-line. These businesses be combined with regular preferred points and used for service and parts or accessory purchases. 6. Weber Chevrolet employees and their spouses are eligible to participate in the Preferred Owner program. 7. Preferred Owner membership is household sensitive; all family members in the same household can earn rewards on the same card. 8. A customer cannot use a preferred card in conjunction with the blue/white Weber booklet discount checks/coupons. 9. Reward dollars cannot be redeemed for cash. 10. Reward dollars cannot be redeemed if you are in default under the terms and conditions of these rules or with any obligation that may be due the dealership. 11. Weber Chevrolet reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation if in its judgment the member violated the rules, terms, and regulations governing this program. In the event of disqualification or program termination, accumulated earnings will be terminated. 12. Membership cards remain the property of the dealership and must be surrendered under request. 13. Only one account’s reward dollars may be redeemed per dealership transaction. · Reward dollars cannot be transferred to another entity or other persons. · Reward dollars can be used to reduce deductibles such as body shop, insurance work, mechanical warranties, etc. as long as it is paid for by the customer. · Weber Chevrolet reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated points. All decisions considered final. · Weber Chevrolet reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the Preferred Owner Program at any time without member notice. 15 Transaction credits and account adjustments will be posted within 30 days of the qualified transaction date.
